A Message From Eman

Greetings, and a warm welcome to you on your journey towards growth and healing. The core of therapy overlaps with all spiritual journeys in that both aim to resolve and unknot blockages of the heart. I aim to help you identify and soften around your stuck points and be nourished by the healing energy of your own basic goodness and basic sanity-terms coined by the late Buddhist Master, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

Practiced for thousands of years throughout different cultures, the sitting practice of meditation is valued for the ancient wisdom it has come to offer our modern world. Placing the attention on the breath through short meditation sessions, this group offers practical guidance to recognize and abide in the nature of our own mind or awareness.

People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, ranging from developing stability to further enriching an already full and satisfying life. I aim to establish a safe and non-judgmental environment where one’s hopes and fears may be safely shared. My work is informed by Buddhist philosophy and practice as well as from several therapeutic modalities from Western Psychology.
